Tiffany Montague managed Google’s space initiatives, including the collaborative relationship with NASA and the Google Lunar X PRIZE, a $30M competition in which privately funded teams compete to land and operate a rover on the moon, f or a number of years.
Tiffany is Google’s former spokesperson for space issues; she provided strategic direction on space-related projects, and represented Google to many external communities, including the government and commercial space sectors.
Prior to joining Google in 2005, Tiffany spent many years as an Air Force officer, assigned to the Air Force Research Laboratory and the National Reconnaissance Office. While at the NRO, Tiffany spent several years in flight test engineering, operating sensors aboard the WB-57 aircraft in a high altitude pressure suit environment.
